Grunds?tzlich finde ich, dass ich selbst darüber entscheide, ob ich "effektiv netzwerke" oder eben nicht. Was effektiv ist oder nicht, entscheide ich alleine. Und dementsprechend kann ich zufrieden mit meinen Netzwerkt?tigkeiten sein (und lasse alles so, wie es ist), oder ich bin unzufrieden (traue mich nicht Menschen zu kontaktieren, bekomme nicht die Antworten, die ich m?chte, finde keine Kunden, etc.). Dann kann es wertvoll sein Menschen in seinem Netzwerk zu finden, denen man vertraut um sich Feedback einzuholen. Und das kann einen selbstverst?ndlich weiterbringen!

Die meisten Menschen sind bereit Feedback zu geben, wenn Sie vertrauensvoll und freundlich gefragt werden. Und wenn zudem vorher schon (loser) Kontakt bestand, um so mehr. Wenn man unsicher ist, wie man das Thema angehen soll, hilft es sich selbst zu fragen wie man reagieren würde, wenn jemand mit der Bitte auf einen zukommen würde. Man kann sich sogar überlegen welche Fragen man entsprechend gut findet und das für sich selbst umsetzen.
