I took a strength finders test in college. It was a good insight to how I process my Leadership skills. While I am no longer an owner or manager, I still use leadership skills when dealing with coworkers. Had one coworker say she would work a different shift if I was the leader. Asking for feedback was the most helpful thing I did for my career. It can be intimidating but in my experience I found people to be very thoughtful. It turned out to not be as stressful as I expected, and I learned a lot. The things I thought I needed to work on were not the same things others observed. Asking for feedback is a great way to learn!

This is so critical because just like everything else in life it evolves.
