1. Write down points, words, phrases. Whatever jumps up in your mind. It doesnot have to make sense yet. 2. Start connecting the bits to form smaller peices. What prompted the analysis. What was the idea going in. Did the analysis support the hypothesis or did it negate it 3. Translate your findings into language that your audience understands. What are the visuals, patterns and trends communicating? 4. What is the impact of your findings? Does it answer the question that prompted this analysis i the first place 5. Finally fill in the gaps to complete the story!

3 Write your draft

After you have outlined your main points, you can start writing your draft. Don't worry too much about grammar, spelling, or style at this stage; focus on getting your ideas across clearly and logically. Use active voice, simple sentences, and transitions to make your writing coherent and concise. Avoid jargon, slang, or vague terms that might confuse your audience. Use charts, graphs, tables, or images to illustrate your data and make it easier to understand. Cite your sources properly and acknowledge any limitations or assumptions in your analysis.
