Generar confianza en el aula es uno de los principales retos hoy en día, empatizar dependerá mucho de varios factores, principalmente al promedio de edad al que tienes en el aula para poder crear ese puente de comunicación y confianza. Sin embargo independientemente algo que siempre funciona es "bajar la guardia" y poner el ejemplo de comunicar que eres una persona y compartir experiencias propias abre un vínculo con tus alumnos; esta estrategia hay que cuidarla ya que se deberá equilibrar entre lo que compartes y que no se pierda tampoco el respeto que se debe de tener frente al profesor, algo que me funciona es utilizar sólo un 10% de tiempo de compartir con los estudiantes.

One mistake is not trusting students' abilities to be innovative and come up with good ideas. Students like challenges and they don't like the teacher presenting all the things that have already been done, like junk food. Challenge, let the ideas flow and trust that some good ideas will come out of perhaps the most collaborative groups, but this is also an inspiration for everyone. Students may not know how to study, but they do know how to look, and if it has an interesting purpose, a goal, they will learn and deepen their knowledge. Project, challenge, promote curiosity.

In their journey in K12 education, most student inherently forget the art of seeking. As long as students remain seekers, the growth process continues. Look at any kindergarten classroom, kids are buzzing around and they show courage to question without any hesitation of what will they be perceived as. They grow up to be conscious of their surroundings and soon lose their ability to question. Teenagers shy away from seeking and questioning since that seems embarrassment to them. Corrective Action : Reward ONE BEST Question every week. Reward best & encourage others to keep attempting with some best questions every week. Questions are powerful tool to self discovery.

Questioning is part of the process of understanding and progress. It should be part of the main programme of the lesson. And let the student colleagues answer, which can surprise you and give you other interesting directions.

Como docente tenemos el privilegio de inspirar a nuestros estudiantes, y sembrar esa semilla que todos tenemos potencial y que el mantener una mentalidad de crecimiento es lo que asegurará su evolución profesional a lo largo de la vida. Para esta parte me gusta mucho ponerle ejemplos de personalidades que aún ya grandes han sido capaces de reinventarse, o bien historias de organizaciones, por ejemplo el caso del due?o de KFC y la historia de LEGO′s, son historias inspiradoras.

Experiences in the real world. Some ideas may go wrong, others may be crazy, too crazy, but that's what ideas seem like at first, until you start going after the ideas and realising the plan. Let this mentality, so important these days, be part of the lesson. ‘Hands-on’ has never had such a strong impact.

Nowadays, with technology, international experiences can enter the classroom and motivate students. Adventures outside the environment, different groups from different schools coming together and sharing ideas, presentations from different groups of students, ideas from people from elsewhere, ... ideas can continue to make support and encouragement part of the growth and motivation for a modern, interactive classroom.

Collaborative groups throughout the school year can foster enormous affinity, knowledge and interactivity between class projects. Teachers and students can have their own collaborative space. Clubs, sports groups and work time, place and grpups. We're talking about the need to get closer as human beings so that we can learn and grow among technology and not on technology or let four walls and lots of technology take us away from our humanity and close us off from our individuality. Schools are the important element in becoming better human beings.
