I learned during the pandemic that I needed the following things in place to stay focused and productive: 1. A work space that was solely mines 2. A clean space so I would not focus on what needed cleaning 3. Organization- listing the tasks for the day and marking them as I complete them then creating a new list at the end of my day for the next day 4. Blocked time on my calendar for lunch and walking breaks 5. Specific goals I wanted to accomplish for the week I was able to remain focused and productive because I created a guide to success that worked for me.

Know yourself. If you work better in the morning, work in the morning and take more time in the afternoon. If the opposite is true, flip the plan. Work in bursts rather than long periods and seek to fill your breaks with healthy foods, low impact exercise and socialisation.
