Communication is key. As well as listening. Even if you disagree with the idea, take the time to listen fully and understand because it's very easy to misunderstand someone, especially if you're working fully remotely. Understand your job role and stay in your lane unless you're asked to do something else. Taking the initiative is good but sometimes it can be counter-productive. Listen to your supervisor and if you are not sure about something, ask questions. Offer to help where you can, even if they say they don't need help, that's fine. Be nice and respectful towards all co-workers and try to maintain positive vibes. One negative person can bring the entire team down. A team is the sum of all parts of which all are equal.

It means address the issues well on time, meet commited SLAs, analyse problems and find RC, which will help in having knowledge portal and stop repeat cases. Frequently take join meetings, involve people, consider new ideas and target continuous improvements.
