Sorry to say this but I'd recommend saving money on a monitor and print your designs. Review them offline and 'off computer'. Better for your eyes, gives you time to evaluate and interact personally and is less faffy.

Personally, I prefer using 2 or 3 monitors to have all my software visible on screen. It saves a lot of time.I can understand the appeal of using multiple monitors. With multiple monitors, you can have your email, spreadsheets, and... all visible at the same time, which can be a huge time-saver. Na minha opini?o, monitores "Ultrawide" s?o interessantes para esse tipo de trabalho em CAD, uma vez que podemos tanto utilizar o monitor para mais de um programa aberto (Utilizar mais de uma disciplina ao mesmo tempo) quanto desenhar mais detalhadamente na tela elementos longos, sejam c?modos amplos ou pe?as de maquinário extensas. Funciona bem melhor que utilizar dois monitores.

I completely understand the call for superior color accuracy, brightness, etc. One aspect I would like to add is a "blue colour filter" (don't know if translated correctly). The oldschool-solution to it would be computer glasses with an integrated filter.

In my opinion, your screen need give you comfortable. Of course we would like the best for us, but if your screen is good enough for you enjoy. Today I use 2 screen full hd (1080p) 1900 x 1080 60hz, and I am very happy with that. But, the first of all, you need to assess your budget, and know the options that you have wiht this budget. Therefore, Regardless of the monitor you choose, make the best use of it.

Having the ability to put the monitors on a monitor mount/stand will always be beneficial for space reasons and posture reasons. So look out for that compatibility as well.

When it comes to workflow essentials, I have found that having a decent fix in the short term will give time to get the ideal fix right.
