Through my own mistakes and learning, I offer this advice: 1. Less is more: While it can be tempting to pursue multiple goals, focusing on just one key objective brings significant momentum and power. 2. Repetition matters: As a leader, it’s crucial to consistently communicate why this single goal is the priority, reinforcing the reasoning behind it over and over. Repetition builds alignment and commitment.

we need to identify and clarify pinpoint-specific areas of misalignment & revisit and clearly articulate operational goals. along with this need to align and refine whole things, it can be possible with effective interaction, clear messaging, active listening, clear KPIs, time-to-time training, flexibility, monitoring, and evaluation & one last is empowering decision-making not to be micromanaged

Strengthening the communication throughout the channel is most important matter to establish the proper operational goals. Clearly defined roles and their responsibilities will make every person's to know the operational requirements and its severity . Generally I'm not the true believer of daily meetings which will consume times but not that effective outcomes.. so, in order to identify and bridge the gaps in operational management, we should individually solve the conflicts. I'm the 100 % believer in technological advancement. Any problems in operations shall be resolved with the advanced technology ? tools which shall cater for the real time problem solver. We always should embrace the feedback of employees which will reduce gap
