I worked with a remote company that inside Basecamp, we had an area for team communication. Zoom was only for synchronous communications. Everything else was done via Basecamp in an asynchronous way. Every member worked off a company google account.

Review Studio is able to gather feedback on HTML and files such as PDFs. InMotions, is more expensive but has a bit more capabilities. The Adobe Suite is able to share projects to the cloud and you can see comments and feedback within the native app.

Sometimes the best thing is just plain TALK with people on the team (esp. the ones that are having challenges with the process/workflow). By talking to them...you can get a sense is it really a process/workflow issue...or is it a technology gap...or is it the person needs more/better training...or is there some other "distraction" keeping them from doing their best work. Work with the people. Use the tools. Do great work. Keep it simple.

Things I have found helpful are sharing documents on one drive .Using Microsoft projects to track tasks and timelines. Using teams also for quick calls to just check on progress .

Tools like MS Planner are great for tracking taskings. There is no substitute for regular team meetings and individual bilat’s to keep on top of thing no matter if your virtual or in the office.
