Google Tasks and Microsoft ToDo are helpful for me to keep track of what I need to get done. I also use them to track emails I need to respond to, but not immediately. That helps with prioritization. Be honest with your colleagues if you need more time; don't wait until the last minute to let them know the project is not going to be done on time. Delegate when you can even if it can be hard to at first.
