I then work to reframe those beliefs—turning “I can’t” into “I haven’t yet,” shifting my mindset to one of potential. To build momentum, I set small, attainable goals, proving to myself that progress is possible with each step. It’s about reclaiming control over my mindset. After all, “What we believe shapes what we achieve,” so I’m choosing to create a story where success is within reach.
