Secondly keeping aside a feeling of ego and supremacy will open up the free communication channel and this would be more effective communication. Every team would like to approach you freely and put their input without any hesitation. Such communication would be effective and efficient communication. This will help team manager to get real time communication and he will be able to manage the team efficiently.
