Avant de se lancer dans la rédaction du CV, il faut lister les familles de taches que nous avons réalisées dans toutes nos expériences passées, puis décrire pour chacune d’entre elles, les difficultés rencontrées, les solutions apportées et les résultats obtenus. De préférence en les chiffrant. Cela permet ensuite de construire un CV efficace, dans lequel on démontre qu’on est la bonne personne pour le poste. Les CV avec des résultats chiffrés sont la clé, pour obtenir des tonnes d’entretiens.

Concernant la lettre de motivation, je recommande une lettre originale et authentique, dans laquelle vous rédigez 3 courts paragraphes. Dans chaque paragraphe, décrivez une chose qui fait de vous la personne parfaite pour le poste, en le prouvant en parlant d’un cas vécu.
