1 Set SMART goals

One of the first steps to staying relevant in your field is to set SMART goals for your learning and development. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. These criteria help you focus on what you want to learn, why you want to learn it, how you will measure your progress, and when you will achieve it. For example, instead of saying "I want to learn Python", you could say "I want to complete a Python course and build a web app by the end of the month".
