Start by showcasing your knowledge, even in small projects, and gradually build a portfolio of achievements. 3. Missing self-confidence: f you have the skills and some experience, it’s time to work on self-confidence. Consider hiring a coach to help you recognize your worth and navigate your path. By addressing these areas, you’ll transform self-doubt and solidify credibility in your field.

Everyone has imposter syndrome to an extent; learning how to manage it is key. Whether you use imposter syndrome as motivation to keep working harder, or whether it potentially holds you back, you aren’t alone. You can still be credible and authoritative whilst having imposter syndrome, but first identify what it is that is causing the imposter syndrome to rear its head.
