Most of the times I have seen in marketing specially digital marketing that seniors, bosses or clients comeup with some unreal expectations. It mostly happens when you are digitising some traditional business or some brand launch for example someone will comeup and say "hey I want this video to get viral across all platform immediately" but when you see it, its just brand promotion content without thinking about trend or user engagement. In such cases don't promises or accept such work. It is for best interest of both the client and the employee to put reality in front, without thinking you will be judged or ppl will think you know less. ONLY PUT Real expectations and real targets in front. Remember a mantra "commit less deliver more" ??
