Offer to run through mock sessions or run through common scenarios and how to handle them with the employee so they get a clear picture of how you expect things to be handled. Check in periodically and ask if they have questions, have encountered any new/different situations, then go over those with them and provide tools and scripts to work off of in the event that those or similar situations arise in the future.
