It is imperative to have great communication between the customer and the service provider at all times. Examples could be providing the update to the customer when the driver is starting the deliveries, expected time of arrival, expectation from customer such as leaving at the door, slot, cash collection, etc. Communication when the delivery is done or unable to reach the customer or unable to find address.
