I’d have an unorthodox approach, by trying to give a feedforward instead of feedback. What I mean is, maybe for new employees we need to connect training with their future tasks, so that may not mean they didn’t understand what was given but they are not being able to apply . That means development of practical skills in real world scenario.

Remember the 70-20-10 rule. Major learning takes place with on the job experience. Provide a sandbox environment for trainees to experiment with CRM tools without fear of making mistakes. Use examples & case studies relevant to the business. Pair new employees with experienced team members for shadowing sessions. Use walkthroughs to explain complex workflows step-by-step. Create a feedback system where employees can ask questions or share challenges they face while using the CRM. Allow employees to share success stories or innovative uses of the CRM in team meetings. Schedule periodic refresher training courses to keep engagement & motivation high.
