A good assessment process will help to surface what’s going right as much as what’s not, but you have to know what “right” looks like before you start.

The more a company speaks about "Company Culture", the less believable it is. We're in 2024. People don't believe in the Company Culture Fairy anymore. Just be honest, be fair, don't exploit people, trust them, reward them, and your kindness will come back to you. It's not easy in times when aggressiveness and rudeness are encouraged, when it seems that "The Bully Takes It All", but you have to stay strong and not slide on the slippery path of abuse and mistreat.

Celebrar los exitos es la base del compromiso pero no es habitual que suceda habitualmente en todos los ambitos. En el caso de la cultura, que se hace dia a dia, es muy importante que se vaya reconociendo las contribuciones de cada persona porque ello conllevará a que siga por ese camino y serán ejemplos para que los demás tambien se entusiasmen

Reconocer y apreciar las contribuciones del equipo es esencial para una cultura positiva y es clave en la gestión de talentos. El éxito no se logra sin un proceso de reconocimiento efectivo.
