Open dialogue is trusted way to make sure trust between developers When ever all of members did not dialogue or discuss any issues they did not resolve it. Every developer make change and best to their project so need to dialogue with their client or senior developer to make it perfect.

As a developer, we see various opportunities to speak to our fellow developers and seniors and leadership. It could be 1:1 with manager. Monthly or weekly meeting with fellow members of the team. It could an opportunity like tech talk or even blogs writing where you can interact with others. A 2 way communication is always healthy not for individual but for organisation as well. You can use code review also as a platform to discuss technical questions if questions match with the PR. A lot of ways and opportunities you will see to interact with others.

Building good relationship with the team means truly supporting each other. Make others feel seen and heard, as you would expect for yourself. Taking time to ask about their well-being or what’s going on in their lives outside of work can make a big difference. Connect with them so that you are able to talk about your concerns (personal/professional) when needed. Let them know you understand their struggles and acknowledge their efforts.
