Para ajudar-nos a organizar-nos, existem diversas ferramentas para auxiliar-nos no trabalho e otimizar nossa produtividade. Softwares como MemTest86 ou o HD Tune ajudam a diagnosticar problemas de memória e disco rígido, por exemplo. Solu??es remotas, como o TeamViewer e AnyDesk, permitem o acesso e controle de outros dispositivos remotamente; o que facilita muito nos atendimentos que n?o precisam de visita??o para resolvermos. Aplicativos- como Trello e Asana- ajudam a organizar e acompanhar o andamento dos tickets/atendimentos para priorizar os casos mais urgentes e nenhum caso ficar para trás ou aguardando atendimento na fila.

I agree however some don't have a place for inventory, there make sure you have a static free area; a rubber floor matt a table big enough for your repair tools and make sure you leave them on ir in table area and if space is limited and your workload has become over loaded due to more workload. Ask your supervisor for help, ask for a day to catch up with repairs and do so till it's manageable. If you continue to get overloaded it's time to re-evaluate the PCs that are breaking down, who fixed the system prior to you. If it's the same part, etc.

Membahas soal urgency, saya memperhatikan seberapa pentingkah dan seberapa butuh kah issue yang saya dapat, saya melakukan manajemen terlebih dahulu untuk issue yang pernah saya dapatkan Misal, ketika ada user mengalami masalah pada software, terutama email, dilihat dari level urgensi nya, dan jika dilihat begitu penting dan diminta cepat, saya eskalasi kepada user untuk melakukan remote support / onsite jika dibutuhkan, karena semakin tinggi level urgensi nya, semakin diprioritaskan Dan jika ada case yang tidak terlal penting dan tidak diminta dikerjakan dengan cepat, informasi kan kepada user bahwa akan dikerjakan secara bertahap (dikerjakan yang urgensi paling tinggi jika ada) .
