Un grupo de Teams, un canal.... con un excel detallado con una linea de tiempo por objetivos a conseguir de forma comun o individual me parece una herramienta básica para un buen seguimiento. Pero siempre debe ir acompa?ado de reuniones ( Teams, y presenciales), donde exista la confianza de proponer ideas y alcanzar acuerdos para lograr el objetivo

The best way to communicate with team I found was - 1. Clear barriers between and with team members by having more bonding and clear communication. 2. The organisational vision mission policies comes from top and should go in right manner with the team mates. 3. A leader provides team with tools, process and schedules to complete the tasks and put combined fruitful methods to get work done. At the same time give right feedback both ways is also important. 4. Discipline in documentation, reports, team work and enhancing the inter and intrateam communique is a wonderful work. 5. No jobs are permanent. But every one wants to grow. So be part of people's growth, you will be growing automatically..

I think this is one of the most important and sometimes overlooked part of effective communications. My team uses email and Slack. There were many times when emails would go unnoticed in urgent matters. Switching the fast, urgent, and often informal comms to Slack made sure that important information didn’t get swamped in the sea of emails we get daily.

Algo fundamental que he aprendido en mi etapa laboral actual, es establecer unas reglas: puede ser desde que sea una jornada de aprendizaje, en la que haya diversion por qué no, haya confianza para hablar, pedir permiso para interrumpirse, que sea un dia sin movil u ordenador... Tiene que ser un acuerdo o pacto inicial, y que se lleve acabo durante todo el proceso

Para este punto, suele ser muy util el inform DISC de colores ( saber si es rojo, amarillo, azul o verde) te ayudará a saber como afrontar esta parte crucial Técnicas como parafrasear, resumir y reflexionar para demostrar que estás escuchando y confirmar tu comprensión no pueden ser bien vistas por el equipo.
