Main starting point is to know who is who in an organization, based on this you may put in place regular exchanges adapted to your needs and each and every team member needs. This has to be customized with each personality and goals. Leaving your door always opened is essential to build the trust, even if you are crazy busy on one file, you have to take time with the person doing the move towards you, what you could feel like not important can be crucial point to her. Each and every idea is always good to take, there are no stupid ideas, there are only stupid people not listening to them. Engage your organization to come with creative ideas regularly and exchange even a few minutes. Brains working as a net are super powerful ??

Back in the day, I took over an organization that struggled with trust. To build up trust within themselves, as a team, as well as in leadership, I focused on pushing decisions down into the organization. For example, when someone would ask for permission to do something that I didn't need to weigh in on, I would ask, "What do you think?" After they gave their reasoning, then I'd say, "Great! Let's try it. Let me know what we learn." If we did fail, I didn't get upset. I just focused on what we learned and new ideas to try again. It took about 8 months to change the culture, but it was worth the wait!

Open communication is the sunlight that nurtures every relationship, while trust is the solid foundation that holds everything together. Without trust, no vision can truly flourish. The deeper the roots of trust, the taller we grow together.

One of the core values is transparency and listening . To bring these values in our practical life, we’ve recently introduced a new initiative that spans all departments: a QR code system designed for gathering feedback and suggestions. This system enables our employees to voice their thoughts and present their ideas in a straightforward and confidential way, promoting a culture of shared responsibility and mutual respect throughout the organization. The workplace where every employee’s voice is heard leads to greater creativity and innovation. We’re already seeing positive results from this system, as fresh ideas are beginning to emerge, showcasing our team's commitment to enhancing daily operations and improving work quality.

Open communication between yourself and team is a great way to build trust. The more we share with team members, and thereby prove that we donot have any hidden agenda, the more comfortable they'll feel trusting you and each other.
