Having juggled multiple remote internships across various organizations, I've learned that staying focused is essential for success. Here’s how I managed to avoid procrastination: 1. Removed Distractions: Deleting social media apps from my phone helped me maintain focus. 2. Rewarded Myself: I set rewards after completing tasks—like scrolling through Shorts or reading a comic—which kept me motivated and prevented burnout. 3. Distraction-Free Environment: By informing close friends about my work hours, I minimized unnecessary interruptions and stayed on track. These strategies helped me boost productivity and stay on top of my remote tasks.

Set clear goals: Break tasks into smaller, actionable steps. Time blocking: Schedule specific times for each task and stick to it. Eliminate distractions: Turn off notifications, close unnecessary tabs. Use a timer: Try techniques like Pomodoro for focused work intervals. Create a dedicated workspace: Separate work from leisure to stay mentally engaged. Track progress: Keep a checklist to see your accomplishments build up. LOCK IN, FOCUS UP, NO DISTRACTIONS.

It's important to have a dedicated space where you get your work done, especially one that has a door you can close (if possible). That helps your mind know it's time to get to work. You can set aside time to check emails, voicemails, etc. so they don't interrupt you while you're working on tasks that require your focus. Batch your communications, which is less draining for the brain that going from one type of task to another. And if you need a blocker to keep you off "social" media or other sites, there are plenty of free ones - use them if you need them!
