La mejora continua se fortalece cuando se considera la retroalimentación en pares, pues permite la participación abierta de los pares, beneficiandose ambos con su contribución y a la vez con aprender de su par, estas acciones generan sinergia para fortalecer y mejorar el programa de RSE y sostenibilidad. En una oportunidad se relizo el ejercicio interdepartamental, aquí surgieron ideas de mejora como usar postes para los cercos, cuando se podaban los árboles, de las mismas ramas, estas no se desechaban, se evitaba comprar postes talando más árboles, se aprovechaba la poda y se palpaba una reducción de costos.

Honestidad y respeto. Espíritu constructivo. Humildad. Es la clave. Hay que saber recibir las mejoras, nunca críticas, ni siquiera constructivas. Son puntos de mejora. Pero siempre será más sencillo recibirlas cuando se emiten desde el respeto y la honestidad. Con un ánimo de mejora continua. Solo en ese caso, viendo los comentarios como puntos de mejora, se logrará la evolución. En mis clases, las encuestas de valoración de los alumnos son una fuente inagotable para mejorar el producto, sin embargo se agradece el comentario con ánimo de solucionar, que el de herir. Y si se utiliza de forma correcta, tanto por emisor como por receptor, es una herramienta muy potente.
