Establish employees existing knowledge and skills relevant to the plan operation. Going to need to make use of or establish the KPIs, such as production rate, energy consumption, downtime reduction as well as quality matrix. Fot measuring OEE of each equipment , we have to measure Rate of availability of the equipment for Production work, Rate of performance , and Rate of quality. While measuring these three parameters, we will be measuring and improving all Sub parameters which will be contributing to achieve Good ROA,ROP, and ROQ( like maintenance factors , Process performances , Process capability factors and Quality factors ).And Overal Plant efficiency and effectiveness

Data collection and analysis in right manner is very important to measure performance of training effectiveness in the system. Use software or spreadsheets to collect and organize performance data. A system basically consists of a PROCESS which requires OPERATION to give/yield RESULTS. The operations, therefore, need to be carried out effectively/efficiently to ensure that the process parameters are utilised efficiently for production maximisation. The efficiency of operation can be judged by: - setting the process parameters to the optimum levels of production by servicing, repair or resetting. This will provide a level playing ground for the operation process. - the aforesaid factor will clearly bring out any fluctuations in the final production data resulting from the operation practices. If the operation practices are more or less in UNISON, the fluctuations in production data within the set process parameters will be least.

There are some tangible and intangible impact of training to employee and organization as well. Reduced cost is due to waste reduction, lower defects, equipment downtime reduction and reduced overtime.
