Networking. The most important thing you can do in any internship, especially one in consulting is by seeking opportunities to have conversations with senior colleagues, build rapport, show enthusiasm. Get to know what sort of projects they're working on after an initial conversation and then create a short case study mentioning some ideas about how you would solve their challenges. Through this, you can show initiative, willingness to learn and proactive attitude which can get you recognised to future opportunities.

Here are a few things you can consider: Networking: Enhance your network by understanding who does what, how they can support you, and influence your candidacy for a full-time role. Start with individuals you directly collaborate with, professional development teams, etc. Delivery: Maintain a laser-sharp focus on achieving expected outcomes and communicate your learnings and results effectively. Executive presence: Present yourself professionally and communicate in the desired format, preferably using the MECE approach to communication. Positive attitude and embracing feedback: Maintain a positive mindset and welcome feedback. Demonstrate that you are receptive to feedback and continuously improving based on outcomes.

Hoy no tienes excusa para no llegar a tu nueva empresa con información sobre ella, después de informarte seguro que tienes ideas algunas equivocadas y muchas preguntas. Algunas se responderán solas y muy deprisa otras tendrás que espera algo más pero en cualquier caso encontraras las respuestas siempre y cuando te hayas hecho antes las preguntas.

El que pregunta a veces puede parecer tonto, el que no pregunta lo es. No te quedes con ninguna duda. Sabe muy mal estar horas días trabajando en algo para que luego te digan que no era eso o no era así. Hasta que no domines las tareas, clarifica lo que te piden y que esperan que hagas.

Always seek out more to do. Never slow down to what you have in front of you. Move through the tasks and ask for more to do. Proactive is always a good thing.

Absorb all you can from those who have come before you, seek out a mentor and be a mentor and never stop growing your network!!
