Anticipate comming problems is the top of the top. If you don't master that skill yet -totally normal- at least try to learn on how you can identify the root causes of what happened. The Ishikawa (fishbones) framework is great for that. Couple it with the 5 why's technic and you will have more chances to actually reach the real root causes of problems you went into, and you have more chances to solve them, by yourself, with your coach, manager or sponsor.

En el Agilismo, es crucial establecer un entorno de comunicación que sea seguro, transparente, confiable y constructivo. Para lograrlo, se implementan acuerdos sencillos pero efectivos: Canales de comunicación, Herramientas de gestión, objetivos claros en las sesiones de trabajo y respeto a los tiempos acordados, es decir puntualidad, muy importante un lenguaje adecuado, natural y empático, y siempre mantener alineados a los interesados durante la ejecución del proyecto.

De lo que más se aprende es de los errores, y en agile debemos estar con muy buena apertura y confianza cuando de adaptación al cambio se trata. La adaptación en entornos de cambio desarrolla como habilidad una mentalidad de crecimiento, y de resiliencia que nos entrena para gestionar la frustración, lo que nos ayuda a lidiar con situaciones inesperadas de manera efectiva convirtiendo las dificultades en oportunidades de crecimiento, nos mantiene alerta y nos permite aprender y comprender rápidamente las nuevas situaciones y condiciones.
