How do you communicate, collaborate, and influence others? You can use various tools and frameworks to assess your leadership skills, such as the Social Change Model of Leadership Development, the Leadership Practices Inventory, or the StrengthsFinder. You can also seek feedback from your peers, mentors, and managers to get an external perspective on your performance and potential.

Uno de los pilares de desarrollo individual tiene que ver con la Autoevaluación. Es de valientes hacerse un scanner personal y decirse la verdad a nosotros mismos, para saber si tenemos claridad en nuestro propósito como Líder? si esta asociado a un enfoque de auto-realización? si hay intereses en común o sólo es personal? será suficiente mi conocimiento, habilidades y mi actitud actual para estar en un nivel diferente como Líder? Qué me hace falta para montarme a un Modelo de Cambio Social que me desarrolle como un Líder que marque la diferencia en el medio? y lo mejor... que impacte vidas!

Es vital encontrar personas que están alineadas con tus valores, pensamientos, creencias y actitudes... que demuestran hasta dónde han podido llegar gracias a su liderazgo aplicado tanto en su entorno profesional como el personal. Pienso que la búsqueda de ese tipo de personas cada vez se hace más fácil, cuando resuenan tus intereses con ellas. Gracias a la ampliación de nuestras redes de contacto, es posible encontrar personas que están dispuestas a apoyarte y viceversa, para crecer en comunidad. Finalmente, la información está a la vuelta de un clic.. pero lo que vives en cada experiencia de aprendizaje, sólo lo conoces cuando lo vives, lo sientes, lo compartes, lo conversas y lo experimentas en carne propia.

Como aprendizaje propio desde mi posición de Líder, definitivamente cambiar tu mindset hacia la determinación del logro, cambia tu vida y de quienes te rodea. Aún más, cuando eres responsable de la transformación de sus habilidades y destrezas de otros para lograr sus objetivos personales y comunes, como Líder, eres consciente del poder de maniobrar tus hábitos que te puedan llevar a otro nivel. Te recomiendo un libro maravilloso "El poder de los hábitos" de Charles Duhigg.

How those experiences could help you find your next position 3. The extent of responsibility you can find in a volunteering position Just make sure to decide with yourself the limits of volunteering before you start and most importantly what you would wish to achieve from it as it's a great opportunity not only for the organization but also for you.
