When we scaling production with limited funds, then need to focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Based on Lean manufacturing concept, production efficiency should be increased to mach the product cost. Low cost automation is also apply to minimise the manpower cost to reduce the product cost. Team should use reuse, recycle and reduce the consumable consumption as well as packaging cost. Alternative resources should find to lower down the cost all purchases to reduce the over all expanses in consumables and packaging. Just in time manufacturing should be implemented to reduce the cash flow and inventory cost. Cost of poor quality should be track and reduce by CFT with the global benchmark of best practices and by discipline of 4M+1E.

Work on rejection & online audit on final product to maximize output. Align utility control by takes same time change overs in process. Take longer run to avoid frequent change overs.
