Using templates or structured forms would help keep everything consistent and organized. If I’m working in a team, I’d make sure we cross check each other's work to catch any errors. Finally, I’d document everything clearly, so even if things are rushed, the data remains reliable. Speed matters, but good data leads to good decisions.

I think we should take 5 minutes to think again about what is our ultimate goal for this research? What issues are we trying to understand with this research. Keeping this core goal in mind, prioritize people also once again and hold 15-minute stand-ups to align on progress, challenges, and protocols. Use shared docs (e.g., Google Sheets) for real-time updates. Then, we can use some tools to automate data collection and organization, such as UserTesting or Hotjar. Of course, while the team is full of pressure, we need to encourage our teammates to stay focused using methods such as Pomodoro.
