Deux éléments importants sont à regarder : la forme et le fond. La forme : il s'agit de produire un CV lisible, avec moins de couleurs (2 ou 3 au maximum). Le fond : le contenu doit avoir du sens et avoir plus d'accent sur le poste à pourvoir. Un CV avec moins de pages, conci et précis fera l'affaire.
