En tant que professionnel, tu dois impérativement être ouvert à l'échange et au dialogue sans rester campé sur tes positions. Bien s?r que ton produit et ton contenu ont de la valeur et que personne n'aime voir celle-ci diminuer. Mais ?a n'est pas le but de ton interlocuteur. Ecoute avec empathie, essai de comprendre les préoccupations de ton interlocuteurs. Montre lui que tu es à l'écoute de ses inquiétudes et de ses besoins. Tu es un professionnel. La dialogue en sera forcément constructif.

It might be useful to remember that rarely are participant needs the same. The issue is not about the cost of the event but about the need of the potential participant. Some might simply need reassurance that the material outcomes from the event deliver precisely what they are looking for. Others might need help with their self confidence in being able to utilise what they get from the event and make it work for them. Aún en grupos de más de 100 personas puedes crear una dinámica para su aprendizaje activo y aplicable inmediatamente. Al igual les hago saber que no es cuestión de entendederas es de explicaderas coloquialmente y el expositor tiene más responsabilidad.

Firstly, we should acknowledge their concerns as costs/expenses are a very personal thing. But at the same time, the focus should be demonstrate the values your conference/event provided. I’m not a fan of breaking down the cost, as that really shouldn’t be the reason why or why note people register. Would Apple break down their cost to showcasing why iPhone charge way more than other phones? I don’t think so.

However, while addressing concerns of anyone, anywhere including of attendees at conferences, what's most important is the concerned attendee knows his/her concern was attended to. So, its necessary to keep track of the issue getting fixed and informing the attendee that the same has been attended to, and also tell him, what different he/she might expect now instead of the earlier situation.
