What tools make work more efficient and foster Collaboration? This is a question that needs to be answered by you as a Team manager because it is essential to identify tools that enhance efficiency and promote collaboration. Neglecting the adoption of tools that streamline work processes and boost productivity is not advisable. For instance, consider ChatGPT. While some may express concerns about its potential impact on job roles, I believe it is designed to improve work processes, ultimately saving time rather than replacing jobs.

As normal as the word "communication" would sound, it can't be hyperbolized. Early in my career, a communication issue almost cost me my job. We misunderstood the client's expectations, leading to the development of a product that didn't align with their vision. I organised a team meeting to discuss and clarify things, implementing better communication practices like regular check-ins. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication not just in building a product or designing it but in every aspect of my daily interaction with people, and now I prioritise it in my team.

In every workspace or as a Team member it is essential to clearly communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams to brainstorm, share ideas, and gather insights and standpoints of each stakeholder.

The tools I have found useful for this are: * Keep notes and arrange in priority order. * Turn off notifications for emails and chat for set time periods, to focus. * Utilise a timer app, such as Toggl.

In managing my time, a strategy that has helped me over time is Prioritizing tasks and giving my energy to what truly matters. Setting priority helps you create a to-do of what needs to be done at first and last. This approach facilitates efficient team management which of course takes your work to the next level.

The process is often used to improve the efficiency and success rate of new product development
