5 Prepare for common questions

When preparing for a quality management internship interview, you should be ready to answer some common questions such as: “What is your definition of quality?”, “What are the benefits of quality management for an organization and its customers?”, or “How do you handle quality complaints or defects?”. To answer these questions, it is recommended to use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) to structure your answers in a clear and concise way. Additionally, you should use positive and confident language, avoid vague or generic statements, and emphasize your achievements and learning outcomes.
