Do some homework before hand. There are tons of online resources about ERP out there. Eg, Microsoft has learn platform which is open source, watch youtube videos on key typical processes and check out the industry your interviewer company is in first - this is key. Different industry requires different in depth knowledge to certain extent!

First and foremost is question get shooted from your previous projects, you could have handled complex scenarios implemented and you would been part, so emphasis and explain. Attitude towards the team as a player and lead gives edge over others.
