En mi experiencia de trabajo académico elaboro un plan de acción con las distintas áreas y tareas a desarrollar. Busco núcleos articuladores, que me permitan no superponer actividades. Solicito apoyo a otros colegas para asumir conjuntamente algunas labores. Recurro a registros y sistematizaciones de experiencias previas en los cuales obtengo insumos que me faciliten el trabajo. Cambio de actividad para despejarme y descansar. Estos descansos son de gran utilidad cuando la sobrecarga me abruma. No es pérdida de tiempo sino una inversión para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo.
