This should resonate with the firm's objectives - for eg. if a firm wants to only improve there ROI or customer satisfaction is key to some of the firms then the required trigger should be pulled in order to achieve better profitability or enhanced customer wow. This will also ensure resource allocation and gain momentum faster for quick wins. One can decide on whether these would yield tangible or in-tangible benefits during the optimization journey
