Training and Motivation plays a key role in developing quality Franchise Network. Most important thing is to ensure that whatt ever we decide to implement related to People, Process or Product or any improvement related to Business Management, it needs to be mutually beneficial both for Franchise as well as Company. Ultimately, managing business through Franchise's is challenging but when the business proposal is mutually beneficial and balanced, it have long lasting impact on creating a suistanable partnership proposition.

Here are 3 things I’ve found helpful: - Get clear on your core values and building a strong culture around your core values. - Explain the core values in action and reward franchisees that live up to those values - Provide regular training and digital downloads of brand assets in one place with examples so that all franchisees are consistently sharing the brand in the same way. - Have one theme for the year and provide necessary social media and brand assets which align with the theme. Additionally, centralized marketing and clear brand guidelines are crucial for consistent messaging across all branches and countries. A knowledgeable expansion team should be on board to support new openings, led by individuals with strong business acumen who set internal strategies aligned with the franchisor and executive management or board of directors.

In this day and age, while we live in a globalized environment, there is an amount of glo-calization that needs to happen for franchise brands to thrive. The cookie cutter approach no longer works as customers seek customization and engagement that speaks to them. Franchise brands need to recognize this and be agile to make those changes when entering new markets. In saying that, what a brand stands for and it's key essence should always stay the same. The more consistently it is promoted and inculcated into local operators is the way to achieve consistency globally, the one unifying thread, if you will.
