Embed Values into Role-Specific Training by Customizing training modules to reflect how company values should be integrated into their specific roles. 4. Continuous Reinforcement Post-Onboarding by reinforcing values through monthly or quarterly check-ins, further training, and performance reviews.

Onboarding is not just a one time orientation session, but encompasses the entire process of what you are doing to help get your colleagues more ingrained, connected with your organization. Regardless of type of organizational culture, people (especially new hires) want to feel like they belong (hierarchy of needs!). Welcomes (in many forms) can go a long way to help that, so go out of your way to wrap that in everything you do from pre-communications, post-training communications, introductions, pairing them with a buddy and tools, resources that their manager and their team can support them on, particularly in helping them understand org culture and values.
