We need to understand that sustainability is part of the core business and not an 'add on' or 'nice to have' activity - making a business sustainable means the business will be viable long term - securing employment, growth and success.

One thing that is pertinent in resolving any sustainability issue is a keen eye and an open ear to your team's perception and thought process. It's depends of our sustainability strategy we should identify our goals, For example if my business is about finance we have to show our engagement with the community (social) than environment, In this point, when i have our goals we should limits and work teams, After that make "alliance" between work teams to know these improvements and share our knowledge and improvements between work team

Avant d'aller de réaliser un projet,on tient compte de l'état des lieux et des différents besoins des couches sociales sur le terrain afin de répondre au mieux à leurs besoins et aspirations.les différentes parties prenantes ne doivent jamais se sentir laissées ou dans l'inconfort au cours de la réalisation du projet.C'est pourquoi nous devons faire une bonne étude de l'impact environnemental.Si la communauté,si les autochtones se sentent impliqués et concernés.Celles ci participeront à une meilleure réalisation du projet et des objectifs de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire engagée dans le projet.

Depending on where the difference lies you must have different ways to respond. If upper mgmnt are afraid of costs you must show them side benefits such as certifications or lower fees. If a group equal to your position, really listen to their concern and respond with fact. You must listen to their whole message and try to address all, thereby finding a common view.

Il faut travailler suivant le principe du management participatif,afin que le génie de chaque membre de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire puisse se manifester librement.Maintenant le leadership du chef d'équipe repose ,sur une bonne communication basée sur des arguments solides.Nous devons dans le cadre d'un projet environnemental nous appuyer sur une économie circulaire, verte ou bleu. C'est le cas de la mise en place d'une déchèterie, à partir de laquelle nous pouvons avoir comme intrant du plastique ( déchet polluant que nous pouvons récupérer afin de réduire la pollution de l'environnement) nécessaire à la fabrication des pavés utiliser dans la construction.

However, the problem may require a complex solution, and holistic approach, which gives space for everyone to contribute, work and, implement together. By having a mindset that you will be implementing together, you as a leader will lister better, educate them, align goals leading to solutions, seek feed back and solve the issue., i.e. all the rest above.

Its important to remember that consensus isn't always the goal. The goal to to make reasonable and meaning ful progress toward your sustainability efforts. Not everyone is going to agree on the methods, processes or practices but the organization can design metrics to help determine the impact of each available option. At this point it is important to acknowledge the various efforts, thoughts and research participants made in the development process. Next, the implementation team and their tasks should be outlined. The development team may not be the same as the implementation team, so a communication schedule will ensure the project stays on track, responsible parties have ownership and the implementation team stays up to date.
