It's important to be open-minded and having a culture that fosters and value diversity the most. This, together with our capacity of being highly adaptable, naturally builds bridges that helps us identifying the right path to follow and also dealing with different personalities strategically wise. This adaptability does not mean that we have to stop trying to have an active voice, but that we should always seek for a middle ground to reach the common goal for the greater good.
