Building a end to end VR project requires team members of varying skillsets. From storyboarding artists, UX /UI designers, 3D artists, game engine developers and level designers . Coordination between the left and right Brainers is super crucial for a great VR experience. As a person leading, one must be well versed in the design, development and user experience aspects and makes sure the diverse teams work in unison with one goal.

Every day presents a challenge, and learning from setbacks and feedback is crucial. The constantly changing market requires continuous learning and adaptation. For instance, if I create something and publish it, I then ask for feedback and incorporate the necessary changes or upgrades to make it more engaging and user-friendly. Nothing new to add, but this is very helpful! my team and I are starting a new VR project that is mainly for teachers. These steps are very helpful to think of the thing that we need to prepare way before the actual work starts.
