Here is what I see that's not change covered in this topic and that's critical. 1. When you build the team, telling the boundaries is an important aspect else the team gets lost during the mission. For that, it's important to build the operating model for team member or team members (depends on role). Operating model may be applicable to one or many. 2. Make sure every team member has the OKRs and those are aligned to the organization’s mission. That would make them feel proud “an employee who has contribution to company’s mission” 3. Make sure that the OKRs are tracked quarterly. 4. Don't micro manage.

Now a days, it is very important for team leader to consider professional and personal front of their team. The team leader should be a role model in every aspect either in personality or professionally for their team through which team can grow, prosper and follow, also consider him as a leader for them not a boss to obey only oders.
