How does their healthcare insurance look like? Often, you can have a good salary and the insurance is bad, and you are paying more for healthcare - especially if you are supporting loved ones, provide care for kids/parents, etc. those bill can add up. Having a good insurance provider and rate via company can potentially save you some money in the long term. Do the math from all side, not just salary.
