In my experience, I would never want complexities in navigation to occur during UAT. This is what focus groups are for. I personally prefer using various types of users, to help decide what feels natural to them in the navigation. Card sorting exercises via Miro or Mural have always been extremely helpful.

En realidad no estoy muy de acuerdo con eso de realizar las iteraciones rápidamente, creo que cada cosa tiene un tiempo y si apuramos algunos procesos puede en algunos casos ser perjudicial y ocupar más tiempo del que estaba estimado o por apurar las iteraciones puedes dejar algún punto sin probar
