The first thing that comes up for me is to lean into curiosity! Most conflict that we experience comes from our need to be right, and if we learn to lean into a stance of curiosity, it allows us to be open to new ways of doing things that we may not have considered before. In this scenario, I would suggest taking the time to flush out the pros and cons of both ideas to identify in there is a place where those involved can meet in the middle.
