There are 2 ways to approach this. One is a decent corporate approach and other one is typical businessmen approach. Corporate - Customers are god and we should generate insight, understand what's wrong with the existing product, how we can resolve that and compete against the market. Secondly we can roll out insane discount (making it consumption based to minimise investment) to penetrate through the market. Businessmen - establish the brand slowly, keep breaking clients from the existing competition and keep innovating. If innovation is not possible - just hand in there, deliver quality product, make good connection and create domino effect to bring their clients to our business.
