Maintain strong visibility with your clients by leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and actively engaging with their posts. I have hundreds of clients who consistently message and comment on my LinkedIn posts, driven by the helpful content I share. Take advantage of LinkedIn reminders, such as birthdays and job anniversaries, to stay connected. Clients often reply to these interactions, inquiring about new services or offerings. The most powerful tools for client engagement are right at our fingertips—it's all about using them effectively.

In the world of remote sales, I've discovered that building lasting connections with potential clients is both an art and a science Personalized Outreach: I take the time to research each prospect, tailoring my messages to resonate with their unique needs and challenges. This signals that I value their individuality. Consistent Communication: My team and I establish regular check ins, ensuring we stay top-of-mind while creating a sense of trust and reliability. Empathy First: By actively listening, I genuinely understand their pain points, paving the way for authentic relationships. Follow Up with Purpose: I don’t just follow up, I provide valuable insights that align with their goals, reinforcing my commitment to their success.

In my opinion, mastering remote sales is all about building trust and staying connected, even without face-to-face meetings. The key is to really listen to your clients, follow up consistently, and use video calls or personalized messages to keep that human touch alive.

Build a regular campaign or cadence for personalized reach outs. Watch for any promotions or company changes via LinkedIn and send a note of congratulations. Follow them and either like or post relevant comments to their posts. Just be measured in how often you reach out. Too much will turn many prospects off. Also from my own personal perspective, do your homework first and make sure that they would have a need for your product or service. I often get emails or reach-outs that have absolutely nothing to do with my job role. Don't send spam to hit your quota!
